Our apartments are equipped to a high standard and are located in a historic Mauterndorf town house over 2 floors. For larger travel groups, different holiday apartments can be booked together. Find the perfect accommodation for your vacation in the Salzburger Lungau holiday region.

Equipment of the apartments
- BEDROOM: All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box spring beds for two people.
- TV DEVICES: Cable TV devices can be found in every bedroom and in every living room.
- BATHROOM: Each apartment has one or two private bathrooms with a toilet, sink, shower or bathtub. In each apartment there is a hairdryer.
- KITCHEN: All kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, grill, toaster and coffee machine (Tchibo Cafissimo capsules).
- WIFI: High-speed internet is available free of charge in all apartments.
- PARKING: Our guests park for free in the large private parking lot behind the apartment house.
- TERRACE & GARDEN: In a quiet location you will find our terrace and the large garden with play ground right next to the house.
- LINEN: Bed linen, towels and toilet paper are included.
- SOFA BEDS: There is a sofa in each living room that can be converted into a double bed and sleeping space for two children.
- CHILDREN: For our youngest guests we provide a cot, high chair, bed guard and toilet seats free of charge. There is space for a baby bed in each bedroom.
The house
Location & attractions
The apartment house is located in the historic center of the municipality of Mauterndorf in the Biosphere Reserve Lungau. The history of the house goes back to the 18th century. The central location allows our guests to easily reach shopping opportunities, bakeries and cafés, tourism information, numerous restaurants and the most beautiful attractions in the town on foot. But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of nature in the garden, on the sun terrace or on the balconies.
The popular tourist destination 'Burg Mauterndorf' is just a few meters away. The ski area and hiking area 'Großeck - Speiereck' can be reached in just 3 minutes by car or easily with the free ski bus. The bus stop for buses to Großeck - Speiereck, Obertauern, Aineck-Katschberg or Fanningberg is only a few meters away. A hiking trail to the Mauterndorf ski and hiking center and an illuminated toboggan run are located directly behind the apartment house.

The LungauCard is a guest card and is included free of charge in winter from December 1st to 1 week after Easter and in summer from June 1st to October 31st. Numerous free and discounted attractions are waiting for you!
